Alltech HVAC Inc offers a Universal Savings Agreement (USA), which includes both an annual AC tune-up and a furnace tune-up for $220. You also have the option to add your water heater, humidifier, electronic air cleaner or additional furnaces and air conditioner units to the agreement.
Benefits of our HVAC maintenance agreement include priority scheduling and a 10% discount on repair of equipment included in the USA. Taking advantage of our maintenance agreement also:

When you sign up for our USA, the agreement is valid for one year. You then have the option to renew the agreement at the end of the year.

Our USA is also transferable. That’s right, even if you’re still under the agreement when you move, you can transfer the agreement to a new property or a new owner, or, you can transfer the agreement to your new place!
You also have access to 24-hour emergency service when you take advantage of our HVAC maintenance agreement. This means no matter when you’re having an issue, we’re available to handle the problem.
When you sign up for our USA, you also get a one-year warranty on both parts and labor for any work we do. Your USA must be paid in full and current for this warranty to apply.
