Improved Comfort Throughout the Year
Unlike the traditional AC and furnace combo, which are separate from one another and take up more space, Mitsubishi + Trane Electric heat pump systems work in both temperate and cold climates with great efficiency and can provide you with your heating and cooling needs in a compact and seamless package. Our HVAC systems offer superior multi-stage air filtration, lower energy costs, and quicker and simpler installation than conventional systems.Technological Innovation and Better Control
While some HVAC systems need to be operated and handled manually, Mitsubishi + Trane Electric heat pump systems provide smarter and more convenient control over your heating and cooling preferences. With programmable schedules, customizable temperatures and fan speeds depending on the time of day, you are always in control of your comfort and can easily adjust your HVAC settings. Through the Kumo Cloud® mobile app, you can program, control and monitor the performance and status of your heat pump system anytime and anywhere through your phone and other devices.Contact Us!

Ductless mini-splits are often the best fit when extending ductwork is impractical or a room never gets comfortable. Common uses in the northwest suburbs include:
- Additions, sunrooms and finished attics or basements
- Older homes heated by boilers and radiators, with no ductwork for central air
- Bedrooms or offices that run hotter or colder than the rest of the house
- Converted garages, workshops and home gyms
- Small commercial spaces such as offices and server rooms
Ductless vs. Central Air vs. Window Units
| Ductless mini-split | Central air | Window units | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ductwork needed | No | Yes | No |
| Room-by-room temperature control | Yes, each indoor unit has its own setting | Usually one setting per zone | Yes, but per window |
| Heating | Heat pump models heat and cool | Cooling only (paired with a furnace for heat) | Cooling only on most models |
| Installation disruption | Small wall opening for the line set | Low if ducts already exist; major if they don’t | None, but blocks the window |
| Best for | Homes and rooms without ducts, additions, problem rooms | Homes with existing ductwork | Temporary or single-room cooling |
